REGLAS DE CASA CONDESA :
1. You are a guest

en una casa privada y nosotros te pedimos que te sientas como en la casa
de la familia. Si rompes algo, primeramente, escóndelo y después
piensa que eres responsable y que habrá un cargo a tu cuenta según
el costo del objeto roto.Algunas cosas están bajo un código
computarizado en un espacio sensitivo, asi que no muevas mucho ese jarrón
de la Dinastia Ming. Una alarma podria activarse.
2. Non-registered minors [under 18] are not allowed. If this is your bag, please be advised that it is not legal and it is not the policy of Casa Condesa to have under age companions brought back to your room or any public areas of the house. Older men, on the other hand, are afforded all privileges with supervision.
2. Personas menores
de 18 años no son permitidas en Casa Condesa.Si este es tu caso,
permítenos decirte que es ilegal, y es política de Casa Condesa
no permitir menores en las habitaciones o en los lugares públicos
dentro de la casa.
3. No drugs. Exceptions are aspirin, alcohol, azt, bacterium, dds, etc, got the picture?

4. Check out is two PM. If your plans call for a later departure, you’re
out on the street unless you have made arrangements with the management....but

es a las 2 de la tarde. Si tu salida es mas tarde, no será permitida
la estancia fuera de este horario, a menos que haya un acuerdo... y eso,
eso es facilísimo ! !
5. Eating, drinking, and smoking are permitted throughout the property. Should you become unruly however, you will be sent to your room where you can continue to eat and drink in bed like you were never allowed when growing up the first time.
5. Comer, tomar y fumar
está permitido en toda la casa. Si por alguna razón esto
no es posible , serás enviado a tu recamara, donde podrás
continuar comiendo y tomando en tu cama ¡ ¡ si
! ! en tu cama. Como jamás lo imaginaste cuando eras niño.
6. Nude sun bathing can be enjoyed roof top or pool side. Bathing suits are requisite only for those who find a tanga out of the question. Lupe and Marcelino have seen it all, but "it all" isn’t always necessary. Sarongs are provided.
6. Puedes disfrutar
del nudismo en el asoleadero de arriba o en la alberca. El traje de baño
es requerido solamente cuando tu tanga ya este pasada de moda. Marcelino
y Lupe ya están acostumbrados, pero a veces hay que ser prudente...
!
7. While sexual encounters
are not scheduled activities, they are neither restricted to the bedroom. 
For
everyone’s protection, the stairways and kitchen however are off limits.
Group
sex is directed to the palm grove next door. Party hats are always
complimentary!

sexuales son actividades sin programa, no están restringidas. Para
protección de todos, las escaleras y la cocina están fuera
de los límites. Los grupos en esta actividad les sugerimos ir"al
jardín de las palmas". Aquí al ladito. No´mas pregunten...
8. Because of rule number seven, pets are discouraged.

While not mandatory, tipping at the end of your stay is customary and appreciated.

10. New Rule (also know as the edwardo): Don't pee in the pool. [The nearby poolhouse bathroom has been recently renovated and is an inviting area to take care of the calls and movements of mother nature.] If you should forget rule #10, there is an otherwise invisible reactive dye in the water that will immediately single you out with a stream of glowing purple that will at once exude from and cling to your entire private area with an indelible pigment that will itch for about a week.....
10. Nueva restricción
( tambien conocida como Eduardo ) :
No te hagas pipi en la alberca ! !
(El baño mas
cercano a la alberca ha sido recientemente renovado y es un área
que hay que tener en cuenta para esos llamados tan inoportunos de la madre
naturaleza)
Si por alguna razón
el párrafo 10 es olvidado, un reactivo invisible en el agua te delatará
de inmediato, te provocará una pigmentación violeta y te
dará una comezón terrible por lo menos una semana...
