While there are two self-serve areas for those who prefer to do things their own way, your role at Casa Condesa is that of "pampared guest." We're happy to accommodate you! Even though we're located in the middle of all the tourist action, many guests are content to seldom leave CasaCondesa's guesthouse grounds during their stay. With great rooms, meals, drinks, pool, optional nude sunning areas, gardens, and Mexican-style service - all at remarkably reasonable rates- this is hardly surprising.
Recently some guests haven't understood how serious we are about restricting minors..... It makes no difference whether you are just going to have an innocent refresco with the individual or whatever, but you are not going to be doing it at the casa! Please respect the other guests and this rule and avoid an embarrassing situation for all of us...
Ultimamente, algunos huespedes no han entendido lo serio de nuestra posicion en cuanto a la restriccion de la entrada a menores de edad en Casa Condesa...no hay ninguna diferencia si el menor solo viene a tomar un refresco con el huesped o por cualquier otra causa. Definitivamente esta prohibido!! Por favor respete a los otros invitados y respete las reglas de la Casa para evitar cualquier contratiempo.
Es por su propia seguridad y respeto hacia
la casa, que es su casa.

the entire period reserved. If you wish to stay beyond the guaranteed
dates,
we won't throw you out but you may end up in a palapa. NOTE: We accept
Visa and MasterCard or you can settle up with cash or travelers checks.
